Service Description
When it comes to proper hair care, every 1-2 months it is very important to get a scalp treatment. Dry shampoos, conditioners, hair serums and a multitude of styling products can cause a buildup of residue at the hair root. This routine is the best way to maintain a healthy head of hair growth. It's different from a regular shampoo, scalp treatments are often sold in the form of a scrub or mask. Like a facial exfoliant, a pre-shampoo scalp treatment will unclog the hair follicles so as to clear any oils or residue from hair products. When your scalp is clean, your hair should grow and look most healthy. Often, the hair is washed without regard to scrubbing the scalp. While most of your hair follicles support clean hair strands, the root of the hair at the scalp most likely holds microscopic debris. Please Read: Please come with your hair brushed out with no Knots or Tangles. If you have Knots or tangles you will be charged a extra fee to continue the services. Please note that if you are late to your appointment there will be a late fee. (5min = $10) (10min = $15) After 13mins you will be Reschedule with a late fee of $15
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least [24 hours] notice. Our Policy: A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than [24 hours] in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount of $20 will be charged. Should you arrive more than [10 minutes] late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide. In case of a true, emergency, a cancellation fee will not be charged. We realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply request that you inform us at least [24 hours ]in advance. If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least [10] hours’ notice. Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in a [$20] fee charged to the credit card on file or added to your next booking.
